Where to start?
- Current situation analysis: Identify bottlenecks and time eaters. Assess which processes are useful and what needs to be improved. If something doesn’t work analogously, it doesn’t automatically become better by digitizing. Digitalizing processes doesn’t help if the problem is in the process itself.

- Release and product support: Once the solution has been tested and piloted sufficiently, implement the solution. Update the instructions and process descriptions according to the new operating model, train the users, and tell them where they can get support if needed for the new solution. Ask for feedback after a while about the solution, so that the last challenges can be tackled and the process designed to the planned condition.
